  Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service team. I was initially greeted by a ATV sales member but he kept me company until I could talk with Clay in Sales for motorcycle and scooters. The Finance manages Zach was very helpful and very enthusiastic about helping me get a great deal on the Yamaha I had my eye on. Thank you guys. See soon.

  Well.. I live 5 hours away. I found a bike I wanted online. Sales person Emily was very professional and attentive. She was able to accommodate my requests prior to arrival. Once there everyone was super attentive and nice. They work with your requests and needs. I have to say it was the most accommodating and fastest deal that I ever experienced. Buy here you won’t be disappointed!!

  READ THE WHOLE REVIEW!!
  I had a bad sales experience with Dustin, who sold me a used bike that he said had gone through a (~130)-point inspection, as "all" of their used equipment does. Turned out to be false. On the first price he offered, he tried to charge me for approximately $550 of "parts". No parts were installed on that bike (which has been very clear going through it). We came to an agreement, and then he tried to go back on it. The machine was missing half its lug nuts and I was told by three separate people (after I made the deal on the contingency that they fix that, paid my money, and left) that it was as-is and they wouldn't do it. Dustin was nowhere to be found, and actually told the sales manager that he "wouldn't have said that" these items would be corrected (again, safety issues). Had to go to LT and Adam, who ended up making it right as far as the terms of our deal were concerned (they recognized the serious safety risk of letting a bike leave in that condition), but I had to fight just to get to them, and didn't end up getting it for a month because of SNAFU after SNAFU. There are good people here (LT, Adam, and others), but there are also shady people who will tell you anything to get your money. Beware.
  So why five stars? Because Google doesn't let you post multiple reviews under the same account, and I would like some people to be rewarded for excellent service. Those people are:
  Alan - Service and Delivery - he cares about the customers
  Josh - Service - he is responsive and follows up
  Adam - Sales - He really got in there and solved the problem when it was taking weeks to put on some lug nuts. He would be the guy I would see if I were buying something else here.
  Kevin - He advocated for me with Polaris and got me a replacement part for free from the manufacturer

  Great experience and great crew. Aaron Atkins and Dustin were patient and friendly salesmen who walked us around and helped us become familiar with the variety of choices. No pressure to use their financing and they gave us all the time we needed to research other options. Store was clean and full of toys my wife wont let me have. Thanks for taking care of RideNow!
