My experience with Elijah Carter and Jefferson was AMAZING! These guys took the time to explain every part of my contract to me, they gave great advice about what I should purchase and why because I was a first time buyer. I was there no long than an hour and 15 minutes. They guided me through the whole process and I was so comfortable with them! I will buy all my future cars from this dealership. Elijah did a fantastic job, so did Jefferson. I am satisfied!

Best experience, Sebastian was great! Very polite and friendly. Service on my Rogue was quick and hassle free. Video sent to me of what they checked and what they were doing was very nice. I'm confident that every time I bring my car here to be serviced that I'll leave happy.

Their service center has exceptional customer service. Everyone was extra helpful and nice. Every worker that passed me asked if I needed anything. I was well informed through out my visit. They did not try to up sell me. I highly recommend working with Stephanie.

I was so impressed with the service I received at Nissan of Orange Park. Chris O'Neal and his mechanics provided excellent service. I was truly blown away when I received the Walk Around Video of my car. I have never seen this before and it made me feel more comfortable about choosing to have several areas of my car serviced. The communication was great and I loved that I was offered transportation so I did not have to wait hours at the dealership for my car to be completed. Same day service was also very convenient. I would absolutely recommend having your car serviced at Nissan of Orange Park and will feel good about having my car serviced there again. The only thing I would recommend are a few less appointment reminders via text and email.
