I wanted to leave a review for the incredible customer care I received from Jordan Gibson today, January 11th.
Moving is always traumatizing no matter the circumstances. I was truly rattled by the sudden need to move. Having barely recovered from the recent loss of a parent, this was a miserable situation.

From the moment I started speaking with Mrs. Jordan and corresponding with her regarding availability at Ocenway Village she made me feel calm, informed, and comfortable. Rarely does one treated to such kindness. Her customer care was outstanding.

Great staff easy to work with ...

Very quiet community but lot rent is kind of high but other than that it's a safe and nice place to live.

Yes communities is not a storage company it is a trailer park company where they rent living space. They have many locations and if you have to rent they seem to be a decent company to rent from.

This place is very quiet and clean as well
