  Excellent customer service. I live less than a mile from the Normandy location and I drive to this one because they are THAT much better. The techs and pharmacists go out of their way to take care of the customers. I was so impressed with one of them recently that I wrote a note about her for the store manager. I can’t say enough good things about them, and I rarely have anything nice to say about anything having to do with Walmart! My insurance requires me to use Walmart, and I’m glad the folks at the Collins location make that bearable for me ??

  99% of time I've never had a problem. But today I went an picked up me an my husband's scripts. I get home mine was wrong bc pills, I call back in. No they don't take them back an even though I paid cash I can't get the money I paid for them back or put toward the actual correct prescription! I'm just out! That's not right! I am laid off I don't have money to just loose on wrong scripts that was filled out wrong! Now I gotta get the correct script filled out an pay for it too! I have no insurance I'm cash pay! This has gotten me so upset! It's not fair it's their mistake but I gotta pay for it! That prescription was supposed to be removed cause I can't take it for it makes me so sick! From now on they need to tell me what each prescription is for an show me before I pay cause I work part time an unemployed till middle of August I can't afford this!

  Now I like a few of the techs , and 1 pharmacist.
  The blonde headed pharmacist is a decent woman , she's the best on the team. Then a guy pharmacist he's really nice as well..
  the only down fall of this pharmacy is that one of the pharmacists says it's first come first serve when it comes to filling certain scripts, it's supposed to be loyal customers first and then what's left if any then the new customers. , but what would I know?
  I would recommend them overall though.
