Love this place and the staff. I very rarely have to wait for my appointment more than a couple minutes, just be on time.
Dr. Nields was great! He took his time with you and listened. I am so sorry to see him go and wish him well in his new endeavor. I have seen the doctor who replaced him, Dr. Michael Edwards and believe that he is going to a wonderful replacement for Dr. Nields.
I am so glad to have found this place, I originally saw Dr. Nields, who was recommended by a family friend, but he is sadly no longer in family medicine . However, despite my reservations, I saw the new Dr, Dr Sanchez and she is great as well. She really listens to your concerns and addresses them all in a timely manner. I am a bit of a PITA patient due to past bad experiences with medical professionals, I lost trust in many of them long ago, but I feel a strong trust with all of the providers here. I have never been made to feel any sort of negative way with anyone in this office and that is HUGE for me. I feel for the first time, I am receiving true personalized care and treatment and I am not treated like just another number at the mercy of a doctors personal opinions and beliefs. I have not had to wait longer than a week for any referrals , even to places that I have had to wait months for prior to seeing these doctors. I also need to mention that Cherie (spelling? I am so sorry if I am spelling your name wrong) the nurse who draws blood for any labs you need is absolutely amazing. I am terrified of blood draws and she was so fast, gentle, and efficient that she was halfway done with a rather large draw before I even realized she had started, I did not feel it at all. I've had terrible experiences with people having a hard time with my veins, and usually end up getting stabbed multiple times and leaving covered in bruises or worse (you don't want to know what the worse is lol) . I am so grateful for this practice and all of their wonderful staff. Even with a lot of insurance issues they have maintained patience , professionalism, and most importantly genuine kindness with me. I no longer have insurance coverage at all , and my new jobs insurance I will have in the future is not accepted by this practice. But I like my care providers here enough to pay out of pocket to continue care with them for as long as I possibly can afford to . I highly recommend this practice to those who feel they have been let down by medical professionals in the past.
