(October 15, 2020, 5:42 pm)Abdel came out to unclog a main drain line after another company (Aldridge Plumbing) said they cleared it. Metro-Rooter was quick to respond and Abdel did a great job. He explained what he was doing and was very polite, respectful, and friendly. I will only use Metro-Rooter from now on!
(October 6, 2020, 3:50 pm)Will F. did a phenomenal job! I accidentally flushed my cats toy down the toilet and he was able to retrieve it very quickly! The toilet was clogged and it was a mess. He was able to come on the same day I called for assistance, which is greatly appreciated. Superior plumber!

A real pleasure with work with. The dispatchers are very friendly too, and they call me ahead of time to ensure the scheduling fits my availability. Thanks everyone!
