Customer Service at it's best. From the moment I called the store and spoke with John to inquiry about sizing my watch to moment I walked in the store, I was promptly greeted, stated my needs and was engaged in an conversation with the Sales Representative sorry I didn't get their names to being updated while I waited. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

Stopped in the store today to purchase a McGraw Hobo and was immediately greeted. Madison was my sales associate, she was very patient and friendly. I will definitely be back to shop with Madison again.

Tia is my foremost sales associate with Tory Burch experience that goes back year's. She's top of the latest news with new products which helps me to find what works best for the best price. Once the TB items leave with me she'll follow-up on how it fit etc.
The entire sales and management team work with encouraging details. I love it. As a parental citizen who actually looks for attention when shopping this at the St John's Store is worth all the praise given.
