“These people are amazing!!! I had debilitating neck and back pain for nearly 2 months. I don't take medications, I don't necessarily trust the "Medical Community" so I was searching for someone who would listen and address the issue rather than prescribe anti-inflammatory, pain and/ or muscle relaxants. After my first visit, I felt incredible! After the second, even better!! And they are truly professional! Melissa, welcomed me, explained how they worked and she called me with the 1st available appointment and really made me feel important. Staci went above and beyond (as all their therapists do) explaining what she would be doing, why she's doing it and she taught me many things to help myself relieve the pain. “I actually haven't had the opportunity to meet the doctor. I was called by a number registered for their office and it rang once and ended. No message was left, but when I called that number back, it came back as out of service. So I googled the real number, called them and was told they were no longer going to be in network with my insurance starting Monday so that ended that for me. No big deal and they were helpful in referring me to a location that does accept my insurance. My only concern is the phone situation, but I couldn't fault them for that because my office has landline issues as well sometimes. Customer service wise, great staff.”

The residents were at peace and were addressed respectfully (by their name). Ms. Powell personally spent a couple of hours visiting with my great aunt, getting to know her, and was able to share details with me about her that few knew. My aunt was happy here but, unfortunately, she passed. If you are looking for a safe place for your loved one, this is the place. Lord knows, I did my research before my selection.”
