“Christopher Starr, the location manager went above and beyond to help us. We were scheduled to move our entire house furnishings into two PODS located at the Jacksonville storage facility. Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible. “I made my 1st visit to see Dr Smith over 30 years ago. I was really happy for Dr Smith when he retired but sad for all of his faithful patients like myself that watched him jog off into the sunset. The bright and shining stars are those that remain behind like Ashley and Dr R. I credit Ashley with saving my life 12 years ago when she discovered a melanoma on my back that could have killed me if left undetected. I have been seen for more than one foot issue, and have been very pleased with the diagnosis and treatment. I have also taken my 94 year old mom to see him a few times. “I have been seeing Ms. Liston and Ma. Larson for a couple months now and I am beyond thrilled with my care by both doctors. I suffer from a major depression disorder and anxiety. I have seen 5 therapists and 2 psychiatrists in my mental health journey and none compare to these two ladies. When I made the decision to seek treatment again I was at the lowest I have ever been. It was hard to wake up in the morning, taking a shower seemed like running a marathon and the thought of being a mom and wife was overwhelming. I knew my family deserved better but that more importantly I deserved better. The front office was able to get me in two see both ladies quickly. I don’t think I even had to wait a week and to make everything perfect I was able to do it all through telahealth which meant I didn’t have to worry about getting and paying for a babysitter. That alone would have made this the place for me but these two women are the icing on the cake for my needs. I see Ms. Liston weekly. She is unlike any other therapist I have worked with. She makes me feel heard, she makes my feelings feel validated, she’s providing/explaining useful copping techniques, I am 30 years old and she is finally making me understand my own feelings and most importantly I feel like she genuinely cares about me and my mental health. She is second to none and I am beyond grateful for her help and support during these hard times. I have met with Ms. Larson twice. She is incredibly knowledgeable and ultimately gave me the knowledge to make the choice on which medication to pursue. She was able to answer all my questions, provide valuable insight and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me. I am so incredibly thankful to have found this facility and would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Easy to set up, they keep the grounds super clean, almost always a flat dolly in my building for ease of moving stuff in and out. Everyone in the office there is super friendly, professional. The only complaint I have is one day they closed my building down with no access for painting I wasn't informed and went by to pick something out of my storage and couldn't access. That's only happened once. I get an email once my payment is posted. Super easy to work with these folks.”
