“I wish I could give more stars. This was only my second time visiting this restaurant and it was such a great experience. We walked up to the host stand and the host had asked us if we would like to have a seat in the basement. I was curious and I said yes, which was the best thing I could have agreed to. It was a downstairs basement with a few booths and a bar. There weren’t many people sitting down there which made the atmosphere kind of romantic. They played all of my favorite kind of music (90s and 2000s alternative rock) which is so cool for a restaurant to play because usually most restaurants play some kind of pop music or something. Our server (I didn’t get her name) was excellent and checked on us frequently. There was another server that was going around selling Jell-O shots for charity, which was for the homeless LGBTQ+ in Jacksonville. I loved that! The food was great and the beers were really good. Overall, the restaurant and the staff were amazing and made our date together really fun. Definitely going back!”

I watched Ms Sylvia bag orders while greeting customers and ensuring they checked their orders to make sure it was correct. Ms Lisa was running the register and just smiled away. I was addressed entering and leaving the restaurant even with their backs turnt making or plating orders customer were still addressed. Food was good and hot.
