  My husband and I have been ordering from Haverty's since 1990. We have never had any complaints. Since moving to Saint Augustine we always dealt with Linda Reed. Since she has retired, I was given the privilege to work with Bill over the phone. I had already visited the store and knew what I wanted to purchase. Bill was professional and the order process smooth.

  Great we walked in and the Sales Consultant Steve Meade met us with a big HELLO greeting, we told him what we were looking for and he show us our options. We made a decision and Steve checked on shipping date and delivery dates. They dates where very acceptable and we purchased the chair. We felt it was reasonably priced and delivery was set. THANK You HAVERTY'S for making the shopping experience so enjoyable.

  Our first experience at your Jacksonville store was EXCELLENT! Melody walked us through the whole process, explaining many options, with no pressure. In fact, we have another meeting this week to finalize our order, thanks to her wonderful coordination and design skills.

  IF YOU'RE IN THE JACKSONVILLE AREA, THE HAVERTY'S AT THE AVENUES IS DEFINITELY THE LOCATION TO VISIT TO MAKE YOUR HOME PERFECT!! IF NECESSARY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET WITH MS. MELODY!! SHE IS THE SALES WOMAN FROM HEAVEN!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I RECEIVED!! OUTSTANDING DIAMOND CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY ONLY HAD 5 STARS TO CHOOSE FROM!!!!

  Wonderful quality, variety of items to choose from and priced right! Our sales person, Steve Meade, was cordial, very knowledgeable, and allowed us the time to decide. It was a pleasant experience.
