“Because they were so highly recommended on YELP, I called them for service, and they were terrific: on time, thorough, friendly, willing to explain what they were doing and reasonably priced. After the service, we left the house for a long trip. When we got back, there were some/few silver fish in the house. The company was right on top of it, and very willing to come back. The technician came back for a respray, and explained that it takes awhile for the problem to go away from the treatment he had done in the attic. Despite that, he resprayed. What great service! I'm very particular about service people in my home, and I can give them "Five Stars," without reservation.”

Their customer service is so outstanding in a time when employees and customers are so difficult to deal with and everybody is all stressed out these guys made the best out of our more than challenging Winnebago Travato tire setup. They remained chill helped us to understand the issues and what was needed and followed up with us more than 2weeks out when our last few lug bolts came in due to nationwide supply shortages. “We chose Campers Inn because they carry the Ember Overland series of travel trailers. On our first trip there we met with Luis Ramos, who was very knowledgeable about this new RV line. Luis showed us the different models, was very friendly and patient, and very low pressure. We ended up ordering one because we wanted specific upgrades that weren't on the lot models. Luis walked us through the ordering process, and we placed the order with him. We really appreciated how Luis was straightforward and didn't play the "let me run that past my sales manager" game. We were also able to do things remotely which was a great help and let us avoid the drive to Jacksonville. Luis is also very responsive to questions and texts, that is very much appreciated. We just picked up the unit and we love it. Austin, our service tech did a great walk-through with us too, kudos to him also. And in the parts department, where we picked up a few items, we had the same experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We were very pleased with Campers Inn from our first contact with them through delivery of our new RV. If you go there, ask for Luis in sales, he is terrific, probably the best RV sales experience we ever had. Thank you Luis and Campers Inn of Jacksonville West.”

“2017 Nov 3 -- Update. Unfortunately, this wonderful gallery is no longer in business. The owners retired. I will miss the gallery and the wonderful people who worked there! I have had seveal items framed at this gallery -- university degrees, precious and rare family photographs, fine art -- and each one has been done with extreme care and expertise. They take the time to discuss with you how you want your item presented, and come up with wonderfully artistic ideas. They know their stuff! They also have a wonderful selection of prints, maps, and other items for decorating your home. I found a wonderful map of St. Augustine there, and as it is my area of study as a historian, I had them frame it for me as a decoration for my office. It looks very Spanish! I highly recommend Dawson Gallery for their knowledge, expertise, courtesy, and artistic flair.”
