Unbelievable customer service in a time when a lot of companies are focused on the numbers. Not Nimnicht! They are focused on the customer. And, superb automobiles and trucks. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! We are a customer for life! You cant go wrong with Nimnicht!

Very difficult to set up an appointment for service. Called three times and left messages each time for the Large Truck center and never got a call back. Finally called and kept hitting the 0 button and kept asking for a live person at which time I was able to schedule an appointment to have the truck serviced.
Once I was able to get a service appointment, the service personnel were very easy to work with and all service was performed to expectations.

The overall experience was pleasant however the service advisor seemed a bit rushed and preoccupied when I was discussing issues that the Sales Representative who no longer works there had promised to fixed during my scheduled appointment. I understand that he was not aware and advised that I would need to speak to the Sales Manager but did not provide any information as to who that was. Therefore I had to search for the someone else to assist. I am still waiting on a response after calling to hear if the parts were ordered and schedule a follow up visit. Other than that, I would have given it a 5 star!

All in all I had a good experience. I didn't feel pressured to buy just any vehicle. I got the vehicle I wanted. The staff there are very welcoming. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars is the fact that this has been 4 vehicles and I was treated like I was just another new customer. If I'm a business owner and I have loyal customers I would make sure that those customers are given just a little extra care. Because those are the ones that will continue to come and bring others with them. The first problem was the fact I was passed off like I wasn't worth the time. Now the person I was passed off to was new but was very helpful. If that person was to take time and be more invested in the customers, they would make a great sales representative. And lastly I don't like signing anything with out getting the information I requested first, this was the only bit of pressure I felt. But all in all I had a good experience. I was comfortable, all my options were explored, and everyone is friendly. It is my dealership of choice. I am a happy customer.

Cristian is incredible. By far one of the most talented, non pushy, and genuine sales people I have ever met. 10/10 recommended using him. He goes above and beyond the call of duty by truly honing in on what your personal needs are. He facilitates an entirely relaxed buying process. On top of just being a good salesman he is also personable and easy to speak with.
