  The staff is so polite and professional. I went to get my oil change and was told it’ll be a 30-45 min wait . That’s exactly what it was. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency !!

  After going to 2 different dealerships and being denied at both I went to Byrider. Mike Jones was really friendly and informative about what to expect before I even went inside. Mrs Nicki was really nice and adamant about getting me into a car. I was quickly approved and put on the phone with the finance company to verify some information. Mrs Nicki came out with a long list of cars that I could get into, and the cars I really liked were all on that list. Even though I had to put down more than expected I didn't have to put as much down as the other dealers wanted. I love my car so much and I feel it was a great deal. The team was nice and very laid back. I would recommend anyone who has trouble getting a car financed to go to Byrider and they have really nice cars.

  I used this place for my first time yesterday. Nikki was my sales person. Very Professional. Knowledgeable and has a great Personality! It's easy to tell that she really cares about her customers and she proves it with her actions. Best experience ever at a Buy Here, Pay Here kind of Dealership.
  I highly recommend them to anyone.

  Good used cars and a warranty you cant find no where else ..sales crew is awesome thank yall and the Service department are a top notch crew ... they diagnosed my 2013 Chrysler 200 and fixed my issues that the car was having ...token to dealer twice couldn't find the issue toke to ByRider they found the problem and fixed it no more issues thank you again! Love the $5 oil change coupons you get ...was told as long as I'm paying my car note loan i just pay $5 for oil changes at selected jiffy lubes !
