Not only does the store have a great selection at fair prices, his team is friendly and knowledgeable. Mike also does monthly services calls on my (and my wife's) tanks for water changes and I've loved the hobby more ever since. We are from Oklahoma and are here because I’m getting surgery for a condition I have, and after a long day of travel nothing sounded better than some good ole Italian food. Vinos is probably one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The food was to die for. The atmosphere was so homey and comfortable. All the customers there, you could tell have an amazing relationship with the staff which made the atmosphere that much better. The food was obviously AMAZING, but the best part was our server, Rita. She made the experience that was already great 2000x better!!! Rita was so kind, welcoming, quick, and truly made us feel like valued customers even though we haven't been a regular. She was so personable and genuine as she got to know us. She even asked me a bunch of questions about my surgery and seemed genuinely interested and supportive. Vinos will absolutely be on our list to come back to next time we come back to Florida (February this year!!) This place is doing everything right, and we love love loved it!!”

“Both bolts was broken off for engine cover, cover just set on top of the engine as I drove. Air cleaner clamps wasn't on tight. Service advisor had to find a wrench to tighten clamps when I turned around and came back after hearing rattling under the hood. Grease inside my truck, but I did opt out for the truck cleaning because it was late . Other than that everything else seems fine so far.”

They dry cleaned and pressed my expensive silk lined drapes and valances perfectly for $40. They got stains out of the bottom of a pair of "108 white cotton lined drapes, cleaned and pressed them for $30. Extraordinary customer service, a dying priority for most businesses is important to them.”
