The house is 2036 square feet and I was having a lot of temp variation from room to room and badly needed some additional insulation in the attic. “I found Bob based on the other rave reviews about his teaching style, and had the pleasure of being able to have a lesson with Bob last week. From just one hour with him, it's readily apparent that he is both an excellent guitarist—and more importantly—an excellent teacher. I've been self-taught for awhile, but Bob was able to instantly identify some areas of improvement from the first lesson. He takes the time to tailor the lesson and lesson plan to the student, which makes a world of difference, enabling the student to stay interested in the sometimes difficult study of music. “My husband accidentally stabbed himself in the thigh with a sizable blade trying to put a hole in a bowl to have a container for sharks teeth on vacation. We rushed to the nearest ER and had the absolute pleasure of finding this medical center and the folks working inside. From the time we walked in the door (in utter panic), the nurses, registration and Dr. Bell made us feel as comfortable as possible and answered all of our questions. Dr. Bell’s patience, understanding and compassion made the experience as calm and as quick as possible. He got 18 stitches in four layers of his leg and she talked him through the entire thing, being so careful and precise. My husband went from an anxious wreck to a collected patient in minutes because of her care. Thanks so much!”

“Scoping out this gym for a new location to get my beast on. When I walked in I was surprised to see how clean and well light it was. The locker room is clean and nicely decorated. Infrared sauna, showers, and lockers are available, functional fitness area, hydro massage, outdoor training area, 3 smith machines, free weights, and 3 membership month to month no contract options. Ooh they are conveniently across the road to Publix. I am very interested in this gym as all the others in JAX cannot compare with the cleanliness, atmosphere and most of all functional fitness area.
