Jay made my engagement ring and he was professional, talented and exceeded our expectations!! Yes his place is small and pretty casual. But we had shopped around and Jay was definitely not only knowledgeable he is also very talented in design. He educated my fiancé & I and gave us some great suggestions. I’m super happy we went with him and I’ll be using him more in the future! Highly suggest!!

Jay is a master jeweler, and a consummate professional. I highly recommend this business for making new memories and preserving old. Jay and Kindred design beautiful pieces, and their customer service is bar-none. I proudly wear their creations every day, and have been very grateful for their excellent repairs and restoration of family heirlooms.

My husband and I stopped in to check out the shop while we were in the area and I think we're both extremely disappointed that we dont live closer! Jay, and Kindred!!, were so friendly and fun to chat with! I got my rings cleaned while we were checking out the shop and we ordered a couple pairs of diamond earrings to have shipped to us since we wont be in the area long. Honestly, even though we don't live around here, we will most likely continue to do business here when we are able because we both loved our first experience so much!

My engagement ring was destroyed and Jay brought it back to life 😊 I mean center stone was out and my rose gold band was bent to hell and back. But Jay worked his magic and fixed her better than before. I never take my jewelry anywhere else for fixing/ cleaning and he has a great collection of beautiful pieces!
