“I actually haven't had the opportunity to meet the doctor. I was called by a number registered for their office and it rang once and ended. No message was left, but when I called that number back, it came back as out of service. So I googled the real number, called them and was told they were no longer going to be in network with my insurance starting Monday so that ended that for me. No big deal and they were helpful in referring me to a location that does accept my insurance. My only concern is the phone situation, but I couldn't fault them for that because my office has landline issues as well sometimes. Customer service wise, great staff.”

Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible.
