“I've been going to this gym since February 2017 and after 6 months I am in the best shape of my life, definitely know how to defend myself, and have made a lot of great friends along the way. I feel extremely fortunate I found them. Any inhibitions with being the new guy were washed away in the first few seconds of entering as all the instructors were quick to make me feel welcome. Speaking of which, the instructors at this gym are as perfect as can be. They are extremely knowledgeable, of course, but they also keep you motivated and enjoy watching their students grow. I cannot recommend this place more to anyone who is looking for more than just a standard gym.”
