“Lived here for one leasing period. The staff was very understanding and accommodating throughout my entire stay. My unit was actually quite nice. The building I lived in was quiet and friendly, and it's a welcome surprise to say I'd had no issues during my stay. There were a few small maintenance things that had to be resolved (a minor leak during heavy rainstorms, dead battery on the lock, etc.) But the crew was always reliable. I had to move away due to work, but I willdefinitely consider coming back if I got the chance.”

It also helps that the leasing office is very responsive and was able to help me immediately if I had questions or concerns. Solera at Kendall West Apartments is beautiful and very high end. The developers did their best to make these apartments as comfortable as possible with any amenity you can think of. Did I mention Solera is dog friendly? Well... they have a dog park with a dog bathing station right next to it! Most importantly Solera feels very safe. This is a gated community with very tight access. You either have to have access or know a resident that has access to get into the community. So far I am loving my apartment and community.”
