The administrative and maintenance staff are fabulous, and the grounds are well-pruned, nature-rich, and enjoyable. I joined the golf course next door and can easily walk with my clubs to the first tee. It's 10 minutes drive to the Atlantic Ocean and a wide, welcoming beach. The moderate rent provides good value.
