Since I live very close it's the only place I'd order breakfast from since I can get home and still have my eggs hot. I have had one of their burgers and my wife had their breakfast platter. However I called the store back And they confirmed With me that my order had been delivered but canceled because my 5-6 yr old kids answered the door with no cash . Beyond the inconvenience I call the store back asking to replace the Exact same order, and the order taker was hesitant and frustrated with me. I then asked to speak to a manager where I expressed my apologies And asked if I was able To receive services despite my lack of awareness when my Pizza FIRST Arrived . It was Just After 7pm on 06/22/2020 , The manager was so patient although I could hear the frustration , she was still very kind and handled me with care. I absolutely love it, that is what quality customer service is about ! And When My Food Arrived “AGAIN” it was STILL Served with a great smile ?”
