The staff are very present and warm. There is an amazing variety of classes available as well! A deep and authentic group of instructors that guide with a sincere playfulness. ✨️ magic happening here

(November 28, 2023, 7:31 pm)A real gem A real gem in Springhill. Beautiful, space tastefully decorated, very clean and pristine. All teachers are very welcoming, knowledgeable and humble. They offer all level yoga, so if you are new like me, you can find several classes throughout the week. Highly recommended place to practice Body Mind Spirit connection without judgment or criticism. Safe and peaceful sanctuary!
