I can go to her anytime and her door is always open, if she's busy she will make time for me! She has helped me through some personal issues by just talking to me and helping me learn to cope with any negativity in my day-to-day life. If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about coming here, it will be the best decision you ever made! Trust me on this! Don't listen to all the nonsense and negative comments that people have to say about the treatment, because it's damn sure better than what you're doing now! Also, the village is hidden in plain sight; it's off US 19, but if you were not looking for it you would drive by it. We spoke with Marge, she is very nice and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns with out having to look anything up. She drove us around the village and showed us a model home. The village and the club house/pool area is spotless. Spoke to him over phone he came by and diagnosed a poorly brazed tube that had come loose. He notified manufacturer and had new unit ship and he installed all under warranty! New unit has been working great since. All this done via phone call! If in need I definitely recommend!”
