AT&T Store

Awesome experience! Absolutely no wait to speak to a rep! Even though the store seems to be very busy at times, I have never waited long to speak to representative. The rep that helped us, "Desi" I believe was his name, was very patient, very informative, and wonderfully guided us through the entire process, without pressuring us into any purchases that were not needed- though he was sure to offer information on other items and services.The rep that helped us, Desi, did an amazing job, and again there was no wait to see anyone, though the store can be busy at times. It actually seems that there may be representatives in the back area, the area unseen to customers, that are probably doing other work, unless they are needed in the front of the store, lol. I've seen the store with only a couple of reps, and then when it became busier, more reps came into the front of the store from the back, so as not to be intimidating customers with an imbalance of representatives to customers. The promotions and discounts were offered amazingly. The selection of phones is very well balanced! Entry level, all the way through professional grade phones! From Apple to Samsung to LG, I don't believe there was anything missing that would be expected to be found at a cell phone store in 2021, meaning that new technology has continously been released, therefore replacing phones that simply are not worth the cost to purchase, in light of the new existing ones. With financing, it makes much more sense to get a generally newer model, as it is a new year, and the cell phone networks in the United States of America are indeed upgrading to 5G, gradually, and it will actually be worth the upgrade.There were a number of ways to comfortably finance the purchases, so as not to lose anyone that could actually afford the very reasonable prices, which is anyone with a basic respectable pay- from full-time workers, to part-time workers, to gig-only workers, to those with government supported checks, and disability checks, all they way up to those blessed with very high paying jobs- there is a plan and phone for everyone of all financial positions, both rich and the humble, to walk out of this AT&T store happily, excited, and thankful. Thankful that God has blessed such wonderful intelligence to mankind, to create such amazingly helpful, intuitive, and entertaining products! For those that prefer not to think in that way, then many are just pretty freaking happy to walk out with an awesome phone, with cool features, that are exactly what you're looking for in a phone in 2021. Something really worth using everyday, all the time, for music, calls, texts, movies, messages and more! If you're thinking of getting a new phone, then stop into this AT&T store, and think openly with these reps, because these guys and gals are NOT the stereotypical sales reps, that overpressure, or lie to make the sales, or hide fees, or misguided you into an over-expensive purchase. Just stop in, check-out what AT&T has to offer in 2021, and go from there! I know I am very happy with my phone and plan, and was very happy with the process!

I was informed of ALL the deals that AT&T has available. And the representative, Victor, was sharp with details that really made me weigh my current providers worth.
And Unworthy they were, as I am now with AT&T for TV, phones, and Internet. I even added my employees to my plan because I can't pass up a deal that your man, and my man, Victor laid out for me to see. He found issues with my previous providers and resolved them with skill. Thank you!!!!!

Rose and Sailam are the two that gave my husband and me the best customer service. I don't see why this store is lowly rated because of these two. It should be higher. They were both willing to stay with my husband and I as we were dealing with a phone activation issue with the phone tech and the in-store tech. Highly praise this store and these two.

We have been trying to get my husband's Samsung watch number synced for month with success, glitch after glitch tech support was no help. But today, Alberto at the store in Brandon fixed it and made it look easy! So please with our service today. Alberto was quick, knowledgeable and we are so grateful!
