I can hardly even express how amazing and vital George and his team were from the very first conversation all the way through the closing and even after that.
This is suddenly one of the most challenging markets in which to sell your home that we’ve seen in a long time. Things have changed quickly in a matter of weeks, you can’t just list your home and get 7 offers any more. George had a strategy to sell my home from the get go. He knew EXACTLY what we needed to do to the house to make it appealing to prospective buyers. He didn’t just list it on the MLS. He saturated the area with marketing, did open houses, communicated with Realtors, he personally followed up on EVERY LEAD, multiple times, whether they were from showings, open houses or just general inquiries and he got feedback from visitors to the home. The vast majority of Realtors just don’t do all this.
There are hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line and there are SO many nuances to involved when it comes to real estate, you have to go with someone experienced who can navigate the obstacles that ALWAYS come up during real estate transactions. By the way, it’s also important that a Realtor has strong partners they work with to get things done. The fact is, there are more bad title companies out there than good ones. The title company they used was FANTASTIC, I could just tell how hard they work because they value their relationship with The George Shea Team and the volume of business the team brings them as top sellers of homes. You just aren’t going to get that from most title companies because they aren’t working with Realtors that are able to command the absolute best service for their clients. Relationships matter!
George, Marcia and the entire team were absolutely perfect. The communication was amazing, We got the house sold in the timeframe we set, in the price range we set. Just trust me, give them a call and meet with George, and you’ll see what I mean.
