This is my first pregnancy and I had no idea where to begin! I wanted to say thank you to the staff of LifeChoices Medical, they are all so sweet and welcoming. Looking forward to calling this place my home for the rest of my pregnancy and even after! 100% recommend.

Easily 5 Stars! This place is amazing! Called in this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Beautiful, clean office with professional staff who love what they do. Much needed services for women. Even if you do not have insurance, you can still get the assistance you need - a comprehensive wellness exam funded by the state...wow, go Florida! Women's health is extremely important especially as we age. I even received two free books on aging!

Love this office! I recently had to switch to a new doctors office for prenatal care because the last one didn’t take my insurance. This place is by far the better of the two though. The nurses and doctors treat you with so much kindness and respect and don’t just act like you’re another patient on a list. They really try and get to know you and care about everything you say and answer all your questions. It felt very warm and homey in the office and I loved that environment. I really wish I found out about them sooner! Marissa and Tammy were wonderful and I couldn’t ask for better service.

So in love with this place. Every single person here is helpful and caring and regardless of the situation you're in, they welcome you with open arms every day. I have been coming here since my verification of pregnancy and every time i come back they are so happy to see me and make me even more excited for my pregnancy. They also have an amazing "earn while you learn" program that is fantastic for first time mothers like myself because it helps you prepare for everything from your first trimester and labor to actually raising and parenting your child. I couldn't have asked for a better place to go through this with.

I love Guiding Star, this is my first pregnancy and I love how caring and supportive all the staff has been. Our first visit with the Robyn the ultrasound tech made me feel so comfortable and excited for my journey and our new baby and the midwife Tammy is also very open and responds to my inquiries and calls. I also love the nurse practitioner Angie she usually is the one I speak with if needed to call the after hours numbers or for further support and Marissa is the Patient Service Manager who is always ready and available to assist with any concerns. The communication is amazing and they offer videos that’s informative and give you insight along your pregnancy on any topic you decide. This was the best decision for care and I’m so happy I found them. They are genuine and actually take the time with you and helps you to prepare and support you.
