  Please do not go here unless you have an expertise in wigs and and hair pieces. I went there not knowing anything about them the woman told me that I was buying a full-headed wig I believed her cuz she was a very nice lady that seem to know what she was talking about. She said it would fit my head sold it to me for $15 instead of 15.99 yeah I didn't question it it's not even the same wig that I showed her that I liked it's half a wig. I also emailed her and she didn't bother to reply to that so Im left to leave this review. She made sure that I knew I can't get my money back because of covid so now I am stuck with a wig and I'm out 15 dollars they ripped me off I would not trust and I would not go there if you want to spend your money wisely please don't. I wished I had the option to give a zero star

  I have communicated with Darrin through email today, and Michael helped me in the store. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. When I am wrong I will say I am wrong. They 100% made everything right. I was too quick to judge. I will definitely shop there again. I most definitely recommend them. The customer is not always right. In this case I was way to quick to place blame. Great people.

  I just left this store. The people working were extremely personable. The inventory is smaller due to the size of the store BUT the atmosphere is worth it. The "young" lady I spoke today is a former teacher...what's not to love? I'll definitely be back.

  Wow no words could describe how amazing this store is! The staff is amazing they appreciate your business and it shows! If they don’t have what your looking for they well or try to get it for you as soon as possible.
