Renewing my lease for another year!

I have lived here a year, and I am moving within the complex for a slightly larger apartment. There are many other places available in the area and lots of choices, but what made me decide on this place initially was the leasing staff. Charlene and Amaranta are amazing and so responsive, you know they put their hearts into their work and care about residents. I can't say there have not been any issues, but they are small, usual things, and they immediately respond and resolve them quickly. The maintenance staff are on top of their work and are very friendly. My neighbors are respectful and friendly too, so I look forward to another year or more here. Also, they just added a new large wraparound deck to the pool which is a nice perk.

My experience here has been wonderful! All of the staff is extremely friendly and caring. Just today maintenance left a note to tell me that my dogs were calm and quiet during the sprinkler inspection in my unit, which absolutely made my day. They have always gone above and beyond for me, whether it is changing a simple battery or accommodating my busy schedule so that I am home when they need to enter with my dogs (thanks ladies, my sanity would not survive without you!). I would recommend this place to anyone!

I am a realtor and always recommend this community to any of my rental leads. The lady in the front desk is Nancy. She is great at following and meeting with tenants. She makes the moving process so easy. Always with a pretty smile and a can do attitude. The rest of the ladies in the office are very nice and quick to help as well.

I don’t do many reviews, however, giving how great my experience has been with The Parks at Knightsbridge, I felt by sharing my experience it may help others looking for a great and welcoming place they can call home.

As soon as you enter the complex you can tell you’re entering a clean and well maintained environment. You can rest assured knowing you will be taken care of by an amazing staff. Anyone that’s lived in an apartment complex knows that having a great experience starts with the staff and the people that make sure the complex is managed properly and their residents taken care of. All of my interactions with Uri and Charline have been great and they’re always very polite, helpful, and well organized. The maintenance staff are also very nice and their response time is very quick if you should ever need them.

I can’t say enough great things and if I could help at least one person by sharing my experience, then mission accomplished.

The staff in the office are AWESOME! made my move-in process smooth and stressful free. The apartment complex is nice, quiet and very clean. The maintenance crew are always working hard and ensuring the residents are being taken care of. Uri, Charline and Nancy are professional and have superb customer service. Always go out of their way to make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Overall the entire staff is friendly and make you feel very welcome. It's been a pleasure to live here! everything is so close and within walking distance...Love that.
