“I had a great experience. I had made an online appointment, and was seen by a medical professional within 15 minutes of my appointment time. The worst pay was doing the intake forms, and I recommend sending a link for patients to complete prior to arrival. I was treated respectfully, bya professional staff, and received medication that has already started working. I've been to other urgent cares where I waited over 4 hours that are close to this one. Kudos!”

“I’ve been looking for a good shop since I moved to the area a year ago. I’ve had a couple of good cuts around the Brandon and Riverview area, but I always dreaded walking back into those shops. Lots in the area are too noisy, dirty, barbers hands smell of tobacco or pot... but not here. It was such a pleasant experience from when I walked in to when I left. The ladies were friendly, the shop was clean and quiet with a movie playing in the corner. I got a great, quick haircut, and my barber was nice enough to trim my eyebrows down and clean up the hair on my ears without me even having to ask (I definitely needed it). Long story short, it was an extremely comfortable experience, and for the first time since I moved here, I’m looking forward to my next trip to the shop! Thanks so much!”
