Jonathan worked with me at the A&T Ruskin store. Super helpful and answered all of my questions, he helped me with the purchase of a new IPhone 12 and set me up with 2 lines and and an additional phone. Very patient with my questions as many of the phone controls had changed from my old iPhone 6s. I was very satisfied with this customer service and help in purchasing needed accessories.

Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful with my phone issues. All of the employees had great attitudes and were very friendly and attentive to everyone who came in for help. I definitely would recommend this location for all your cellular needs.
