We ordered phones from T-Mobile customer service and once they came in the mail we had a heck of a time getting the lines activated . 4 T-Mobile customer service calls and 2 store visits later we were set up. He was very patient and made sure we were taken care of before we left! Will definitely recommend this store location. And the manager was a big help too!

(September 21, 2020, 9:21 am)Would of gave a 5 star review but Saturday night 9/19 a server with blue hair was extremely rude. It was last call and we were sitting at a table and we were the last party to get up and leave. Instead of her coming over to us and telling us nicely that they were all done for the night she storms over picks up some empty cups on the table and slams them in the trash can. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Very passive aggressive. I was actually so embarrassed for her. I hope management talks to her bc I would not want someone like that working for my business. Other than that girl, everyone that works there is friendly and we always have a good time.
