This studio is so bright and welcoming. Very clean and well managed. The owner is a hard working women who believes in offering quality fitness in a fun and inviting atmosphere. So many class options and levels. Highly recommend!

In just a month I’ve noticed a huge difference not just in my physique but in my mental health by coming to classes at kinetic soul. All the teachers are amazing. Jackie goes above and beyond for all her students!! You can tell everyone there cares about you and your progress.

I love coming here! I started attending yoga classes here, but soon started taking other classes too, such as Barre and spin. I have never been a big fan of group exercise classes, but the instructors at the studio provide wonderful, kind, and gentle positive reinforcement. No one is ever yelling in your face! This place is about loving yourself and creating a community of strong women (and a few men). All are welcome. All are accepted just as they are. I could not recommend this place more if you are looking for a yoga studio, a spin studio, a barre studio, or just a place to work out where you feel safe and not judged.

Kinetic Soul Studio is amazing!!! They offer a wide variety of classes including yoga and spin which are a couple of my personal favorites! In addition to having some of the best instructors, they offer a relaxed ambiance that focuses on self-love and women building each other up. The Kinetic Soul atmosphere is one of the most uplifting and non-judgmental I've experienced at any studio in the area and I've tried them all! I've been going regularly for a year and have only good things to say about this place. I highly recommend everyone check out Kinetic Soul!!
