The Tampa team is very responsive and do their best to correct any issues. With thousands of homes to manage, it’s easy to assume that your home isn’t a top priority. My home was painted recently and they did an amazing job! Haley & Desi were very thorough and efficient! It’s mid-August and that heat is no joke, but they got the job done! Trina and Carmen are very accommodating and easy to work with when it comes to any issues. ☺️

Natalie and staff have been very welcoming and made the leasing process very pleasurable. They are always available to answer any questions and when we arrived to our new home it was extremely clean and move in ready! The year we rented from American Homes for Rent was a wonderful experience! Tracy gave us detailed information on how to move out and maximize our security deposit. I would not hesitate to rent from them again and definitely recommend this company for your leasing needs.

Johanna Petersen was so very attentive and professional. She was polite and responsive all of the time. The application process went extremely smooth and she made this transition very easy for us. She made the process fun during a stressful time. I appreciated her quick responsiveness whenever we had questions and she made sure she contacted us immediately if we had any questions for her. Most of all she was accessible. Thanks to her, our transition will be so much easier. She is a gem! I am willing to pay 12 months upfront and ah4r does not want it. I haven’t had the $$ in my bank account for 3 months. I sold my house 30 days ago and willing to pay cash (money order) on rent.

EDIT - after my above comment ah4r reached out to me and got me the house I wanted within days. My application was approved within hours and I will be moving in this week. Michelle was very helpful

Very easy company to deal with. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience so far.Everyone we have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. We’ve received communication via phone call every step of the way through the application process and approval was quick and easy!
Alyssa contacted us and explained the lease agreement, answered all of our questions, and best of all she seemed to be genuinely happy and excited we were joining their community! Would definitely recommend American Homes 4 Rent and would suggest working with Alyssa if you’re able to!
