(January 24, 2019, 2:42 pm)Rented at two bedroom one bath at 20 davis. It was clean enough on move in and comfortable. The traffic is a bit harrowing at this location but we survived. There were two issues during the one year stay. A clogged kitchen sink drain and the air conditioner went out once and both of the issues were quickly dealt with the next day! Thank you to the competent maintenance staff. All in all it was a very pleasant stay in a great location for all the walking and biking the family enjoyed. The management were great to deal with. Thank you Davis Islands apartment team for all you do to serve your residence.
