  I was there for a drug and alcohol test for employment and was attended to promptly. I can't say the same for the results. Sample will have been taken a week ago tomorrow and nothing to the prospective employer yet! Other diagnostic centers I've tested at in the past haven't taken more than 24 hrs!

  Never have I ever had a better urgent care experience! I called about 13 specialists before risking urgent care and I feel humbled at the thought that they might not do a great job. My doc was a really young, smart attentive gentleman (can’t remember his name) who listened to every concern, answered every question and then gave me the prescriptions I needed. The assistant was equally as helpful and attentive to my situation, everyone was very nice too! I became so confident in them I noted a different issue I was having and he fixed that too. I’m definitely a little paranoid with anything medical (past experiences) but I’m happy admit I was very impressed!

  Tested covid + at home. Made an appointment and everyone at the water street location was beyond nice. The PA who saw me, Ryan Navarre, was very smart and quick. His kindness really meant the world to me. Will definitely use them again in the future

  What an amazing urgent care! Ryan Navarre, PA-C went above and beyond taking care of me and listening to all my concerns. I am confident I am going to start feeling better in no time. And to top it off Erika Mills was extremely welcoming and kind in getting me checked out with all of my prescriptions! 5 stars

  Just went here for the first time today for an emergency. I had a very bad allergic reaction and the folks over here took me in right away. I had left my ID & insurance at my home, luckily since we live nearby my wife went back to grab it. During that time period the doctors expedited the check in procedure and brought me in the back room right away for treatment.
  
  The doctors here were wonderful and made me feel super calm while I was having an anxiety attack.. big shoutout to Dr. Ryan for diagnosing my issue and providing treatment ASAP!
