I was immediately greeted by Michael O. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the entire process of the store. It wasn't busy upon my arrival. Became quite busy soon after, but each customer was greeted with enthusiasm. The item I was looking for was not in the store. However I was shown a TV size screen of items they are able to offer from the warehouse. All of the employees who were working at the time I was there were friendly and accommodating to each customer. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the item I had seen in the sale flyer (which I came to purchase) wouldn't even be available for about 2 - 3 weeks. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent to own.

We had the most amazing experience working with Victor at the Busch location. He's was so patient and knowledgeable. Also this location has a great selection already on the floor ready for you to take home. The furniture is newer and clean without looking like someone else has had it their home already and the prices are great. Thank you again Happy's and Victor for your amazing service. I'm only EVER renting from you.
