She was instrumental in expediting our purchase and had it delivered within a few hours of purchase . Jessie delivered the cart earlier than expected and was very professional and took time to explain all the features of the cart . My wife and I had been in the market for a golf cart. Called Pete up and told him what I was looking for and he said he had it. Did the deal right over the phone. The buying experience was awesome!! Just took delivery of my Evolution D5 Maverick. Billy was our sale rep and showed us all of our options. When we decided on the D5 Maverick, Billy took us on a test drive and explained the cart to us from bumper to bumper. I highly recommend Billy. Now onto the final paperwork that Brian handled. Again someone who took the time to explain all of our options and very professional.....Both guys made our cart purchase @ Bayside a very pleasant experience!!!! Now onto the delivery, Jesse did an outstanding job!!!! Jesse took the time to go over the cart bumper to bumper with myself and husband. Jesse knows his carts that he delivers and was able to answer all of are questions!!! He was also very professional. After going over everything he stayed until we got back from our first ride..... Dena Was excellent to work with she made the paperwork and sale very easy for us and answered all of our questions with no problems. She is a great contact and clearly works hard for the business.

Jesse delivered our vehicle this morning again cleaning the vehicle polishing it up going through the nomenclature and telling us everything we needed to know about our new vehicle. He also gave me some tips and hints on products to purchase to assist in cleaning it with ease. Jesse is a very hard worker and is knowledgeable about golf carts and Florida golf cart laws.

I really appreciate Bayside, custom carts, and the service they provided my wife and I. Within an hour, I drove the cart to the beach and enjoy a day in the sun.
