  I was impressed! This was my first visit to this facility in Carrollwood and I was very impressed by the cleanliness & the waiting area was very open. The intake staff or representative was very efficient and pleasant and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. The nurse was also efficient & polite. The PA that I met with, Jennifer, was very helpful regarding my issues as well as doing the testing and explaining everything. She was a very good listener and sent in a prescription, prior to my knowledge, regarding one of my issues.In spite of why I was there, it was a very pleasant experience.

  Got to location was greeted immediately very friendly staff. Got checked pulled up and test was done. Not even a 15 min. wait. Everyone even the ones attending other people said hello and waved. Fantastic experience.
