I want to thank my doctor, nurses, and CNA’s for the wonderful care I received from this facility. They were all professional and caring. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you.

My Great Aunt had to be placed in a nursing home as her health declined and we choose Carrollwood Care Center due to their reputation of providing good care. We are incredibly grateful to the entire administration and staff that cared for my Great Aunt during her time at the facility. They were caring, considerate and attentive to her needs and ours as we oversaw her care. As she progressively got worse, they would frequently come into the room and check on her to make sure she was comfortable, not in pain and cared for while also alerting us about any changes in her health on days we could not come to see her. During the last few weeks and days of her life, the staff made sure to provide her with the same great care she had always been given and even brought a CD player into her room so she could listen to gospel songs those last few days. We were so incredibly touched by this act of kindness and although my Aunt could no longer open her eyes or speak, there was a sense of calm. We visited the facility frequently and I have to say the administration and staff was always courteous, friendly and helpful each time we came. In particular, want to give a special shout out to Carol! She was an absolute angel, I do not think we could have gotten through those final days without her and I truly believe my Aunt was so lucky to have her not only as a nurse but as someone who really cared about her as a person. We would definitely recommend Carrollwood Care Center!
