I walked into the dealership to just get a quick service. Isaiah was phenomenal! so friendly and easy to work with it. He connected me with Lee who was in charge with leasing because I knew my lease was up and wanted to see some options. I saw my dream car on the floor and the rest was history! Lee made the process stress free and so easy!! I’m excited to be apart of this Maus family!
Lee Houston was excellent to work with. He answered my numerous questions in a professional and comfortable manner. We did not feel pressured and the dealership was accommodating with our price negotiations. When Lee did not thing the new car windows were clean enough he did the job himself. The delivery of the car went smoothly and I never felt foolish because of something I did not know. My previous Acura has been serviced by Robert for the last 3 years who has always been excellent in accommodating me with a loaner or a clear explanation of why something needs done. Overall a great experience and I am very happy with my new car!
Brittany, Angelo and John have been amazing throughout the entire purchase experience. I can't thank them enough for the compassion and care they've shown. By far the easiest purchase experience I've ever had. They will have my business for life!
The Service department is great to work with. Courteous, careful and we were in and out quickly. The lounge area is always clean and coffee is available. My only complaint would be that we forgot our service coupon and they would not honor the price we were quoted with the coupon. For goodness sakes, that stuff should be honored and listed on our appointment. Always nit-picking gif your customers is a real turnoff.
