(May 13, 2019, 4:31 pm)Dr. Shepard is amazing. He listened intently and was able to offer me exactly what I needed to overcome my ailment. His advice is direct with what seems like a lack of empathy. But I was looking for solutions, not sympathy. He set me straight. Thank you!
