I had no tools on me and just needed pliers to pull out the silver piece underneath the bulb that was stuck so the technician came outside and I explained to him the story so he provided me with some pliers so I was trying to fix it myself and was not able to do Thomas the manager came out and I explained to him the situation and he was able to fix it for me and put back in my space bulb so I was very happy and would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to any customer as the customer service was excellent there.
