    The best trainer I’ve ever had !!! So much more than a trainer. Make this investment into yourself, totally worth it.

    This trainer is superb. He has trained everyone in our family at one time or another. He helped my child who was fencing and needed to improve muscle, tone and balance. He's trained me and my wife. He's very knowledgeable and gives encouragement when needed. There are some things you can't believe yourself capable of and he and he and his team help you get there. Can't say enough good about him.

    KG is sincere, progressive, & very knowledgeable. He is result oriented and gets the most out of you mentally & physically - strongly recommend.
