Please be careful , these Dr's are jokes and if it was not for my other Dr's and the 3 caretakers I personally deal with I'd probably be dead... I am having to find another Neurologist because for the last 2 years she has put my life at risk multiple times playing with my medication and not doing paperwork on time or properly and I've been taking the same meds for years!!! I barely got to see Mrs.Malik, the Neurologist anyway, was always pushed off on to the nurse practitioner... This is truly sad and dangerous... Please be careful and if anything like this happens to you remember to report it to the Florida Healthcare... Told me I have a brain bleed and them not make sure I am able to get my meds??? Then get rude and angry when I'm waking up not knowing what is going on, call them for help and the office manager said deal with it!!! And yet now here I sit still multiple days later without my meds and having multiple seizures!!!
Dr. Malik actually listens to you as a patient and doesn't treat you like you're just a paycheck. When I first moved to Florida I had a horrible experience of being ignored by my Neuro and wound up in an urgent care situation. Dr. Malik and her team have provided me with the best care and what's even better, I feel like I get a say in my care plan instead of just forced onto something I don't want to be on.
5 stars plus! When I first came to Dr. Malik‘s office, I had experienced a journey of no help with an extremely painful situation. I was beginning to think nobody would help me. Dr. Malik‘s nurse practitioner, Denise and Dr. Malik have really given me hope & have been helping me figure out what is going on with me. I’m starting to feel confident that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for a medical situation that has truly been a struggle. If you’re looking for attentive care, I would recommend Seeing them!
Dr. Malik is a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. She really cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Malik.
My grandson has been receiving treatment for a seizure disorder for 12 years with multiple doctors! Dr. Malik is by far one of the best neurologists I've met. Dr. Malik has been such a blessing to his journey. She has a level of expertise and attention to detail that has made a huge difference in his outcomes. She considers the whole person and scope of his needs. I'm grateful that he is getting continued care that reflects his changes and growth and the life experiences that influence his needs. Dr. Malik cares!
This has been a life changing experience for me. I came in with hemoplegic attacks that were uncontrollable to being able to maintained a normal life again. Dr. Malik and her nurse practitioner was amazing I'm truly grateful to be part of the excellent service. I definitely recommend them.
