(March 21, 2018, 1:48 pm)I was on a trip in Tampa for spring break and my friends and I were looking for a great place to eat that wouldn't hurt our wallets. Also a place that was walking distance to where we lived. At first it was pretty intimidating from the rundowness of the restaurant that gave it a sort of age/ post apocalyptic feel. We saw that a meal was $5.00 so we said "why not". We ordered the jerk chicken with extra rice and plantain. One of the best meals I have ever had for $5.00. The workers there are extremely friendly and even give samples to try some of the items you second guess on. Would recommend to anyone in the University area.
