Sales staff, Robert, and Sue were helpful and informative, taking several phone calls and multiple in-person meetings for my questions about the chairs. They educated me on the different model years, options, and were very patient while I tried out dozens of different chairs. Thanks Bob, Sue, and team for the great customer service! (And delivery!).
