People are nice but staff overwhelmed so wait times typically triple what's advertised. Prepare to be forgotten or lost and you have to wait again. It's best to keep asking every ten minutes or else expect to wait close to two hours. A year ago I would wait patiently but that's a big mistake because you stand a good chance to be forgotten or lost in their system. They have since implemented a new system but end result is wait times the same and staff now have less of an understanding of where you're prescriptions are.
