“The room was super tiny! But it was cozy and comfortable. There was a soft window seat in our room that was long enough to lay down on. So almost like a second bed. Bed was super comfy. The person at check out was very hard to hear because he spoke so quiet but he was very nice. The hot tub and pool were both dirty and cold.”

“I chose Optical Etc because I knew that they carried the brand of frames (Miraflex) I wanted for my 6 year old son. That was the only thing I knew when he and I walked through the door of the shop. As soon as we met Mr. Danny I knew we had come to the right place. Danny was so patient and gentle with my son, making sure his new glasses would fit him perfectly. And when they ready (much faster than I expected) they were indeed perfect! With his old glasses, my son would push them up onto his forehead or tilt his head to he could look out from underneath the lenses. He doesn’t do that with this pair. I can’t think of a more powerful endorsement from our family! Those were the first pair of glasses we got from Optical Etc. but they will not be the last.”

“The Skyride was a lot of fun. It was a mild ride around Busch Gardens and it was nice to see an aerial view of the entire park. It's a good way to see the animals, sights and rides from a different vantage point and to get a scope of where everything is. The staff was nice, and it was safe, smooth, fun and simple!”

“Dr. Smith and his staff are wonderful. I've been a patient for almost 10 years, and now that I live out of the area I still try to make my appointments with him when visiting family. He is very informative, takes the time to educate you, and really looks at your overall eye health -- your eyes can tell a lot about your overall health. At 38, Dr. Smith diagnosed me with cataracts. He took care of me right away; referred me to a specialist, then continued to monitor me after the surgery as well. Over the years I've called due to issues with my eyes (infections, etc.), Dr. Smith always saw me the same day and took care of my issue immediately -- diagnosed me correctly and ensured I got the right prescription. Thank you for all the years of care and education/information that helped to inform my personal healthcare decisions.”

New something was not right with my last glasses so I was happy when I saw that Dr Monbeck office two my husband eye insurance. When I saw Dr Russell I explained to him what was going on he corrected my prescription and amazing of how well I can see now.
