“Kabs really is the Best Pharmacy around. If you go there be smart and ever leave. I use to go there and made the mistake of going to a pharmacy closer to my mothers out in Holiday since then my mom passed away and I am unable to get back in with Kabs. You never realize what you have till you don't have them any longer. Kabs really does have the most Professional staff and I miss them all very much! Pharmacies are limited on how much medication they can get so it limits how many people they can help.. So, if you are a patient of Kabs don't do what I did and leave, because you will never find another Pharmacy like Kabs and you could be left like I am wishing I could be back as their patient! I still think you all are the Best Kabs and Wish you all the very Best!”

“This place is the best to ever do it. After having my prescription increase from $120 to almost $300 at target I knew it was time to switch pharmacies. As a grad school student I literally could not afford to do anything else because I was unsure about how I was going to budget for such an unexpected increase. I had my prescription sent 10/20 and it was filled the next day for less than $5. When I walked in the store smelled lovely and was super clean. The lady at the register (Receipt says her name is Shahida) had the most pleasant attitude and was super attentive to any questions I had about the pharmacy (as it was my first time) and my prescription. Today (11/18) I went pick up my second prescription and the shop was just as clean and the lady at the register (receipt says her name is Naivis) was just as kind and bubbly. The store had upbeat music playing and once again I was asked if there was any other way they could be of service. AMAZING. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. Thank you guys.”

“People are nice but staff overwhelmed so wait times typically triple what's advertised. Prepare to be forgotten or lost and you have to wait again. It's best to keep asking every ten minutes or else expect to wait close to two hours. A year ago I would wait patiently but that's a big mistake because you stand a good chance to be forgotten or lost in their system. They have since implemented a new system but end result is wait times the same and staff now have less of an understanding of where you're prescriptions are.”

“Fantastic! Just left there March 1, 2016. I got chunky kinky twist. They are absolutely beautiful. I came in at 9 am and I'm officially done at 11:30am. Minus the extra trip to the hair supply store, I only waited 2 hours for it to get done. Cynthia my hair braider was professional, courteous, and her attention to detail amazing. “Isabella is the most accommodating and patient pharmacist I've ran into in a while. I forgot my dog's meds in Houston, my husband called her store and luckily she confirmed that her store carried the medication. She was able to answer the vet's order, fill our dog's medication, checkout other customers and complete other tasks concurrently. Keep in mind she did all of this a couple minutes before closing time. I highly recommend this CVS for anyone that wants a professional and friendly pharmacist.”

As long as you call in your refills a few days ahead via the automated refill system and get to the drive-thru in the morning, you shouldn’t have a problem. The people who work there are friendly, so I’ve had no problem with customer service. In general, I’m satisfied with the Pharmacare drive-thru service at MacDill AFB.”
